Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

At Uptake Organics Inc., your satisfaction is important to us. We aim to make returns, exchanges, and refunds as simple as possible while ensuring fairness for all customers. Please review the guidelines below.

General Conditions

  • All returns and exchanges require a valid Return Authorization Number (RMA). Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

  • Products must be returned freight pre-paid to the address we provide once authorization is granted.

  • Items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.

  • Nutrient additives cannot be returned once shipped, unless proven defective.

  • Any shortages or order errors must be reported within 24 hours of receipt for prompt correction.

Defective Products

If a product is found to have a manufacturer defect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
